Week 1 - July 12, 13, 14, 15

Week 2 - July 26, 27, 28, 29 

Week 3 - August 9, 10, 11, 12 

Week 4 - August 23, 24, 25, 26

 

Full Day Option: 9am - 4pm (12-1 lunch break) 

Morning Option: 9am - 12pm 

Afternoon Option: 1pm - 4 pm

 


Camp Descriptions:

  • STAR Cheer Camp: This camp is designed for kids 5-9 years old, targeting our Fundamentals, Novice, and Prep Programs. This unique experience will include a focus on cheerleading skills such as motions, dance, jumps and tumbling as well as summer fun like obstacle courses and team bonding games! Athletes will have the opportunity to learn The Star Way and develop character traits such as leadership, positivity, and collaboration. This camp will be a meaningful and FUN experience for our young athletes! 
  • STAR Power Camp: This camp is designed for kids 7-18 years old, targeting our Elite Program. Camp sessions will focus on cheer skills, flexibility, elite tumbling, & Team Bonding. Athletes will have the opportunity to learn The Star Way and develop character traits such as leadership, positivity, and collaboration.

Camp FAQ

 

What do campers bring? 

Athletes may bring a backpack each day with them. Everyone should bring water labeled with their name and those enrolled in the full day option should bring a bagged lunch labeled with their name. All athletes should wear athletic attire (cheer shoes, shorts, shirt/sports bra) and girls should have their hair in a ponytail. 


What time do “doors open”?

Athletes may arrive at 8:45 am, camp begins at 9:00 am. 

 

Are there COVID protocols?

Star Athletics follows all New Jersey directives related to COVID-19. Vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask while at Star Athletics. Athletes are permitted to lower or remove masks for training such as motions/cheer, tumbling and stunting activity. Patrons and students/members are free to continue to wear masks if they should choose. In addition, hand sanitizer stations are available throughout our facilities. Athletes will wash hands before/after lunch break. 

 

What is drop off and pick up like?

Athletes should be dropped off between 8:45-9:00 am at the entrance to Unit 6. Athletes will store their belongings in the athlete room and enter the gym in unit 6. If athletes are enrolled in the morning option they should be picked up promptly at 12pm outside of unit 6. If athletes are enrolled in the afternoon option they should be dropped off at the entrance to Unit 6 at 1:00 pm. Athletes will store their belongings in the athlete room and enter the gym in unit 6. Athletes will be dismissed at 4:00 pm through the entrance to Unit 6. Please be prompt with pickup.
